r SBC is thankful to be able to open its doors for Worship Services. We look forward to welcoming those who are comfortable attending in-person. We will also continue to provide an online service through live streaming on our YouTube channel. The Church staff and board have been working to develop procedures based on the guidelines provided by the province. A goal of SBC is to provide a safe space for all ages, and we want to continue this especially now, by registering you are agreeing to adhere to the guidelines below.
Please arrive 15 minutes early if this is possible. This will help to allow for a timely entry.
Please enter the building through the front doors marked "ENTER" and leave through the doors marked “EXIT”. The side glass door is to be used if a wheelchair accessible entrance is needed.
Once in the building please make your way to your seat. Every other pew has been sectioned off to provide adequate distancing. You may sit with members of your household or extended household. A 2-meter distance is to be maintained where possible from others.
Please wash your hands when needed or use the hand sanitizer provided.
Offering envelopes will be located near the auditorium “ENTER” doors, please pick one up as you enter the auditorium. Offering baskets will be placed near the sanctuary “EXIT” doors, please place your offering in the baskets as you leave the building. (Bring your own pen or pencil).
If you wish to participate in worship by singing a mask is required, if possible bring a mask with you; disposable masks are available at the door if you do not have one.
As you exit the building please keep aisle ways, doors and the front stairs clear to allow others to exit unimpeded.
Signing up is important as there is a number limit to how many people we are able to accommodate in the main auditorium. This is a great help in preparing for Sunday and having the lower auditorium set up for overflow seating. Thank you for taking the time to sign up ahead!
If you are symptomatic, or been in contact with an individual who has tested positive for Covid-19 we ask that you please remain home. Thank you. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
